- Closing the burning operation of a lime plant and personnel reduction of the stuff

- Technical director of a lime group in Germany responsible for the entire technique

- Coordination and yearly check of the entire Investigation of the lime group 

- Leadership of teams for evaluating  strategic concepts for single lime plants 

- Evaluating of concepts for securing locations of lime plants

- Technical management director at Vereinigten Kreidewerken Dammann KG (responsible for 3 plants)


Technique / Processes

- Development of new continuous casting processes (Near net shape casting) 

- Optimization of processes by mathematic simulation models

- Optimization of production processes of lime plants under economical aspects

- Evaluation of concepts for production of additional lime products

- Metrological recording of lime kilns to establish the real state

- Optimization of use of fuels, of kiln operation and use of refractory regarding lime kilns

- Training of the operational team of lime kilns

- Reduction of emissions of lime kilns

- Consultation in the needed measuring equipment of lime plants

- Evaluation of measures for energy savings (fuel, power, etc.) in dryers of chalk plants
